N – Nausea with black vomit (coffee-ground)

G – Great trembling & weakness; sudden sinking feeling

S – Stomach burns like acid; better from warm drinks

O – Old people with shaky hands; premature aging

U – Ulcers: painful, bleeding, unhealthy

R – Redness of face with blue appearance around eyes

S – Stitches and bruised pains all over body

⭐ Keynotes of Sulphuricum Acidum

1️⃣ General

Marked trembling, weakness, prostration.

Hurry in everything; irritable.

Aging fast, premature old-look.

Hemorrhagic diathesis – black, thin, slow-coagulating blood.

2️⃣ Stomach

Sour vomiting, sour eructations.

Cannot tolerate alcohol – even a little → nausea, vomiting.

Ulcers with burning, hemorrhage

3️⃣ Mouth & Throat

Aphthae (mouth ulcers), bleed easily; very sensitive.

4️⃣ Female

Hemorrhage: black, fluid, foul.

Weakness with trembling before menses.

5️⃣ Skin

Bruises that remain long black-blue.

Ecchymosis; slow healing.

6️⃣ Modalities

Better: warmth, warm drinks.
