Dr. R. M. Banerjee
Born : 28-11-1919
Place : Varanasi
Dr. R. M. Banerjee completed his school life in U.P .
After getting qualification in homeopathy he entered into practice in 1935 at Itawa in U.P .
In 1938 he joined the second world war.
During his army life he was once court – martialed for protesting against British Government.
He also participated in anti – British Government activities and had been sent to jail.
In 1947 after freedom, He resigned from the army with six medals one ‘ Jangi Inam ’ , as viceroy’s commissioned officer.
In 1947 – 48, He started homeopathic practice in jabalpur.
He was a strict and whole – hearted follower of Hahnemannin Homeopathy.
In 1962, He with his associates, formed a Homeopathic Association at Jabalpur .
He was the founder father of Homeopathic Medical College and Homeopathic Medical Education in Jabalpur.
