Key Indications: Ratanhia is indicated for individuals who experience various rectal and anal issues, particularly when there is a sensation of burning, pain, and soreness. It is known for providing relief in cases of rectal fissures, hemorrhoids, and other conditions affecting the anal area.

Here are some key indications for Ratanhia in homeopathic Materia medica:

  1. Anal Fissures: It is often indicated for painful anal fissures. Patients  may experience sharp, cutting, or burning pain during and after bowel movements. The pain can be extreme, and it may last for hours after defecation.
  2. Hemorrhoids: It can also be useful for hemorrhoids, especially if they are associated with intense burning and pain. Hemorrhoids may feel as if they are filled with small sticks or splinters, and the rectal area may be sore and sensitive.
