CINA MARITIMA
Botanical name : Artemisia cina Linn.
Common name : Worm seed.
Family: Compositae.
Proved by : Dr. Hahnemann.
Introduction
Cina Maritima is a dried flower head are the source of vermifugic drug santonin. It’s common name is due to its worm killing ability.

CLINICAL PATHOGENESIS
Anemia, Astma, Bronchitis, convulsions, Dentition, Diarrhoea, Enuresis, Neuralgia, Wooping cough, Worms, Eyes, Leucorrhoea.
CONSTITUTION
Children with dark hair, frequent worm infestations, irritable, wants to be carried but not satisfied even after carrying, hates to be touched, averse to caresses, demands many things but rejects when offered.
AILMENTS
Worms, over eating, sweets, eating chalk, coal, charcoal.
GUIDING FEATURES
• child suffering with worms, pitiful weeping after wake up.
• screams during sleep as in delirium.
• Grinding teeth.
• extreme sensitivity of mind, can’t take even a slight joke.

GENERAL MODALITIES
AGGRAVATION : Night, before midnight, after eating sweets, overeating, open and cold air.
AMELIORATION : After carried, lying on abdomen, mother’s shoulder, turning head side to side.
