Kents Twelve Observation:
1) A prolonged aggravation and then final decline of the patient

3) The aggravation is quick, short and strong with rapid improvement of the patient

b. The remedy is correct don’t distrub the action of remedy
4) No aggravation with recovery of the patient

a. Prognosis in acute case is good but in chronic cases it’s doubtful
b. Not disturb the action of our remedies
5) The amelioration come first and the aggravation come afterward

a. Prognosis is unfavourable
b. Retake the case and a more similar medicine is to be prescribed
6) Too short relief of symptom

a. Prognosis bad in chronic cases
