Dysuria:

Dysuria is a symptom of burning pain while urinating. It is due to any infections to urinary tract.

Symptoms like painful urination with urging and increase the frequency of urination, flank pain, cloudy or bloody urine withstrong smell, associated with fever.

Homeopathic management for Dysuria:

Coccus cacti:

Urine appears as brick red sedimented. Pain in bilateral ureters and top of the urethra while voiding the urine, due to obstruction of path. Sensation of stinging and tickling at urethral orifice.

Urine contains black clots, uric acid and particles of calcium carbonate, he has to wait for long time for passing urine. Deep coloured heavy urine. Burning pain in bladder with urging to urinate, better by passing urine.

Benzoic acidum:

Long lasting obstruction causes Inflammation and infection of the bladder, which causes irritability to the bladder. Nocturnal enuresis in Childer. Frequent desire to evacuate the bladder. Quantity of urine reduced. Urine thick and bloody. Urine contains excess amount of hippuric acid which has strong smell like horse urine. Urine is brownish cloudy with high specific gravity.

Anatherum:

Frequency of urination increased. Inflammation of mucous membrane of the bladder and pyelitis, patient complaints of obstruction of urine flow and sensation of numbness in lower extremities. Bladder can’t hold the small quantity of urine. Fullness and distention of the bladder, high coloured urine with incontinence. Involuntary urination while coughing, laughing, sneezing and even during sleep in bed.

Calcarea carbonica:

Cutting and burning sensation before and during urination. Severe pain in bladder. Haematuria. Involuntary urination during each movement. Offensive high coloured urine with white sedimentation. Fever associates with urinary tract infection, chill at 2pm. Fever with sweat. Pull full and tachycardia. constipation, hard and large stool. Cutting pain in abdomen.

Cannabis sativa:

Retention of urine with obstinate constipation. Urge to void urine with severe tenesmus, agony pain. Urination in split stream, stitching pain in urethra. Burning pain extends to bladder, walks with legs apart. Dragging sensation in testes zigzag pain along the course of urethra. Blocking off urthra with mucous and pus , urine scalding.

Lycopodium:

Severe pain in bladder and right side of kidney while urinating. Mostly suits to children, child cries before and after uriation. Jerking and cutting pain in urethra, frequency increased at night. Red sand urine, painless haematuria. Ineffectual urge to urine but patient wants to wait for long time to pass urine.

Lithium carbonicum:

Turbid urine with mucous, scanty dark, acrid urine. Sandy deposit in urine.  Constant desire to pass urine. Severe pain in kidney and ureter
