Asafoetida:
Indicated remedy for osteomyelitis of the long bones, pain as if muscle ligaments are being stretched away. Darting pain in bones. Having history of syohikis or syphilitic miasm. Periosteum is painful tender and inflammed. Pulsation can be felt at the lesion. Deep ulcers causing affection of the bone with thick greenish pus. Dull pressing type of pain associates with discharge. Caries of bones.
Calcarea carb:
Due to deficiency of calcium they ate ate not in position to assimilate. Usually bones of spine and curvatures of the long bones are affected. Rickets in children. Improper development of bones they are soft and frahifr. Green stick fracture and hair line fracture. Due to softening of bones patient complaint of lumbar spondylosis, cervical spondylosis. Osteoarthritis and osteoporotic changes of bone are seen in old age.
Mezereum:
Inflammatory condition of bones and joints. Soreness and burning of the bones. Osteoporotic changes in long bones, cramping pain in bones and muscles. Bruised and weary pains in joints. Burning and darting pain in the muscles originating from the particular bone.

Ruta graveolens:
Best on affection of periosteum and cartilages. Acute osteomyelitis when sequestrum is being formed with yellow discharge of pus. The tendon of muscles are torn at the time of injury with or wothwit the fracture of bones. Acts best in simple and compound fractures. Bruised type of pain. Ossification of bone is very poor, delays in healing of bones at fracture sites. Bones are brittle and little injury results in fracture.
Staphysagria:
Infection of small bones. Joints if small bones are affected. Osteitis of smaller bones. Bones have caries, history of syphilis. Periosteum of bones is painful. Shifting type of pain. Fingers are inflammed and tender to touch. Tips of fingers are very sensitive to touch or they are numb. Osteomyelitis with scanty, watery discharge from the lesion.
Symphytum:
Fractures of long bones, dislocation of the bones from joints, contusion. Ossification takes place very quickly. Used in mechanical, traumatic injuries due to trauma and fall. Neuralgic pains at particular bone.
Calcarea phos:
Most important tissue remedy. Used in many diseases of bones and non union of fractures of the bones. Patient is anemic thus tendemte to get the wound infected. Special action when bone form symphyses. Symptoms worse from change of weather. Stiffness of muscles with tearing type of pain. Bones are soft and fragile.
Kali bichrom:
Pains at fracture site. Cutting type of pains fly from one region to other. Wandering type of pains. Bones feel sore and bruised. Rheumatic pains which alternate with gastric complaints. Neuralgic pains in the bones of the limb which come in soasm or intermittent type of pain. Brusied type of pain all over the body.
