Dr Hahnemann said in the organon of medicine that during every case taking be ” Be neutral like a water ”, because different colors of individuals give different sheds of colors during case taking.

Aphorism § 83:
1) The physician’s should know, what is applicable in each individual case, he should be free from” prejudice “and should be having” sound senses “.
2) He must be” attentive” in observing the patients and honest in tracing the pictures of individuals.
Aphorism § 84:-
3) Be careful about, what patients saying about his suffering.
4) Also care about, what attended of the patient saying about patient’s illness.
5) Observe how patients are behaving while telling the complains or his suffering, and when he talks about other matters. It is because sometimes patients are hypochondriac, attention seeking.
6) physician have to notice in the patients the” altered and unusual, peculiar, character through his hearing and seeing and special senses (knowledge ).
7) Write down the accurate expression and word used by the patients and attended.
8) The physician’s must keep silence and don’t interrupt the patients unless he is wondering from main point.
9) say slowly advice the patients before starting the case.
Aphorism § 85
10) Begains every new symptoms in fresh line mentioned by patients or attended so that symptoms shall be arranged separated by one below the other.
11) while changing the paragraph leave space so that physician could add more information he collected by the patient later or can correct if any vaguely written.
