PRESENTING COMPLAINTS:
1. RESPIRATORY SYSTEM
Since 15yrs,
C/o Cold, Sneezing, Running nose+++, Whitish watery discharge, Breathing Difficulty Tickling pain in the throat
A/F Cotton dust, < Morning++ < 4 a.m + < cold season >sneezing+
Associated with (concomitant), since 3yrs Tiredness, Sleeplessness, Constipation++
HISTORY OF PRESENTING COMPLAINTS :
Patient had developed the complaints before 20 yrs, While working in the cotton industry. He quits his work,When his complaints get more worsen (before 15years)
He also has NIIDM since 10yrs and Hypertension since 10yrs
PAST HISTORY :
At 15yrs of age –Chickenpox, relieved by traditional treatment
At 50yrs of age – Renal calculi, relieved by allopathic treatment
During the year of 2015 – Undergone cataract surgery (Right eye)
FAMILY HISTORY :
Wife died before 13 yrs due to cardiac complaints
GENERALS :
Desire : Spicy foods, Cold climate, Hot water
No fanning, No covering
Appetite : Normal
Thirst : Normal, desire for hot water
Urine : Increased during night
Stool : Hard stool, Passes once in 2days
